Automated optical inspection machines are vital to our control plan, as they verify 100% of the circuits produced in our plant during critical processes.
3D SPI (Solder paste inspection) ensures the correct printing of solder paste on each of the SMD lines, a key process for obtaining perfect soldering.
3D AOI (Automated optical inspection) inspects the correct positioning of components and soldering at the end of each SMD and THD line.
All circuits are marked with a unique ID to record the passage through each of the processes.
